We have written already about Cairo Dock and how to install cairo dock in Ubuntu 10.04. Just because we think Cairo dock is such a wonderful addition to your Linux desktop we will see how to get it working in Opensuse. Good part is that the installation is one click install in OpenSuse so there’s almost no hassle at all.

In order to install cairo dock in OpenSuse 11.2 you’ll have to just click the following link.

Once you click on the link you’ll be prompted to install the application. Follow the on screen instructions.

Once installed you can run it by going to Computer > Applications > System > GLX-Dock.
