Installing KSnapshot in OpenSuse 11.2: How-to guide
I am pretty excited that I now have OpenSuse on my machine which means that I will be covering OpenSuse related articles here on Linux Hub meaning more number of articles. To begin with after installing OpenSuse 11.2 (With Gnome Desktop), the first thing I needed was KSnapshot because it makes my job very easy to write heavy screenshot based articles here on Linux Hub. So let’s see how to install KSnapshot on OpenSuse 11.2.
Go to Computer > Install Software
Make sure the Available tab is selected and in the search box type ksnapshot.
Select the package and click Install.Click apply to start installation.
Click I Agree to proceed with the installation.
Wait for the installation to finish. To start KSnapshot bring up the run command by hitting ALT + F2 and type ksnapshot in it.
That’s it now you can start using KSnapshot in OpenSuse 11.2 on your Gnome desktop.
