Upgrading packages/softwares in OpenSuse 11.2

Upgrades are very important for any operating system. It keeps running things smoothly and ensures the security of your machine. Let’s see how to upgrade packages and softwares in OpenSuse 11.2. This is pretty simple to achieve.

Go to Computer > Install Software

Select the tab that reads Upgrades.

Click the first package and click CTRL+A to select all the packages.

Click Upgrade

Click Apply to begin the upgradtion process of the selected packages.

Enjoy the upgraded system.
