Viewnior is one such application for Linux. Viewnioris an image viewer program. Created to be simple, fast and elegant. It’s minimalistic interface provides more screenspace for your images. Some of it’s important features are:

  • Fullscreen & Slideshow
  • Rotate, flip, save, delete images
  • Animation support
  • Browse only selected images
  • Navigation window
  • Set image as wallpaper (only under GNOME, see INSTALL file)
  • Simple interface

Install Viewnior

To install viewnior download the deb file mentioned at the end of the post. Double click it and install.

Running Viewnior

Go to Applications > Graphics > Viewnior to start Viewnior
